How to use Likes in Ins Autopilot

Likes is a quiet signal, not a conversation starter. Here is where it pulls from, how it filters, and what to realistically expect.

What this helps you do

Liking is the lightest action in Ins Autopilot. It leaves a small, non-verbal signal that you exist, on an account you already decided is worth your attention.

That is the whole promise, so treat Likes as presence rather than outreach. It does not start a conversation on its own, and the free daily cap of 10 is a good reminder that this is meant to run quietly in the background.

Where the accounts come from

  • A post's likers — people who already liked content in your space.
  • A post's commenters — a smaller and more deliberate group.
  • You can point a Likes run at the same source you used for Follow. Liking the people you just followed adds a second touch without sending a second message.

Filters and safeguards

  • Like-count range — keep the run inside a band of post popularity, so you are not spending the cap on posts with no engagement or on posts whose audience is far outside your range.
  • Post activity — work from posts that are still active rather than content that stopped travelling.
  • Already liked — an account or post you have already liked will not be liked again. The extension keeps that record, so a repeated run does not send the same signal twice.
  • The same account and the same post are never liked twice, and a filtered account is never touched at all.

Step by step

  1. Open Likes — the Likes tab opens with the currently signed-in account already resolved in the footer.
  2. Choose your source — pick the post whose likers or commenters you want to work from.
  3. Set the filters — choose the like-count band and the activity you want, and leave the already-liked exclusion on.
  4. Set the daily cap with the slider — 10 on Free, 200 on Monthly Pro, 250 on Annual. Keep it modest while you are learning how the account behaves.
  5. Press Start — the session likes the accounts that pass your filters and records each outcome.
  6. Read the Recent log — the log shows what was liked and what was skipped, including accounts that were already liked before.
  7. Use Pause or Stop — pausing holds your place; stopping ends the run. Likes cannot be undone from the extension.

Limits and honest boundaries

  • Daily like cap: 10 on Free, 200 on Monthly Pro, 250 on Annual.
  • Likes does not send a message, does not follow anyone, and does not create a contact in Relationships on its own.
  • The cap is a product usage limit, not an Instagram safety threshold. Liking up to the cap does not make the run safe; risk depends on your account's state and on platform limits.
  • A like is a weak signal. It may make your name slightly familiar, and it may do nothing at all. If you want a reply, that work happens in Outreach.

Do not build a pipeline on Likes. Plan it as background presence, and put your real effort into the DM you actually review and send.

Troubleshooting

Nothing was liked.
The most common reasons are that the source list was small, that you had already liked most of it, or that your daily cap was reached. Check the Recent log for the reason given per account.
The same handles keep appearing in different runs.
An account can come up in more than one source, but it will not be liked twice. The already-liked record decides that, not the source.
Will this get me more followers?
There is no guarantee. Likes is a low-intensity signal with no promise attached, and nothing in the product sends a message to new followers.
Can I like more than 10 a day on Free?
No. The slider is capped at the allowance for your plan: 10 on Free, 200 on Monthly Pro, 250 on Annual.
