1. The service
Ins Autopilot is a browser extension that automates certain interactions on Instagram (following, unfollowing, liking) at a human pace, inside your own logged-in browser session. The service is provided by the Ins Autopilot team; contact: [email protected].
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for lawful use, according to the plan you purchased. One license key covers up to the number of Instagram accounts stated on the pricing section of our home page for your plan.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use the extension on your account.
- Prohibited: spam, harassment, mass unsolicited messaging, scraping for resale, automated activity intended to deceive people or evade platform enforcement.
- Instagram enforces its own limits and rules independently of us. Daily limits in the product are caps on what the extension will do — they are not a safety threshold and not a quota Instagram endorses.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
The Free plan provides 10 follows, unfollows and likes per day, per action type; comment and DM outreach require a Monthly or Annual plan. Paid plans renew automatically (Monthly $9.9/month; Annual $99/year) until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statement descriptor: INS AUTOPILOT. Refund requests: email support within 14 days of purchase and we will review in good faith.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes, follower counts, engagement results, or that Instagram will not limit, restrict or ban an account that uses automation. Instagram's platform rules and enforcement change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ins Autopilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including Instagram account restrictions, loss of followers, or data loss arising from use of the extension. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and request cancellation.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
